Climate action

  Summary:  The Paris Agreement was reached at the 26th “Conference of the Parties” to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, with the goal of slowing down and eventually reversing climate change. The Chinese government also proposed in September 2020 that carbon dioxide emissions should peak before 2030 and strive to achieve carbon neutrality before 2060.

  At present, green and low-carbon development has become an important direction for all enterprises. Our company has set the goal of halving the carbon emissions from our production and operation activities by 2030, and has been actively responding to the national plans and efforts for carbon peak and carbon neutrality, incorporating energy conservation and emission reduction into our company's planning.

I. Addressing Climate Challenges and Realizing Green Development

  We will do our best to position and take on our due and capable environmental social responsibilities from the perspective of the whole society, and follow the principle of responsibility in the process of technological and commercial innovation. We will accurately and transparently disclose relevant plans, actions, and effect information, and accept supervision from domestic and international qualified institutions.

II. Exploring green ecological development

Vigorously carry out energy conservation and consumption reduction publicity activities
 By vigorously strengthening publicity and education work, a good atmosphere of "everyone talking about conservation, everything talking about conservation, and always talking about conservation" will be created. All employees are called upon to practice conservation, carry out the "Four  Ones" (saving one degree of electricity, one drop of water, one liter of oil, and one piece of paper), make reasonable suggestions, link with the economy,and implement a reward and punishment system, so as to enhance the energy conservation and consumption reduction work.

Establish cost management safeguards
     The company should take the lead in separating production and living according to the needs of cost management, production, and living, and carry out separate accounting and control to ensure the effective combination and constraints of cost management and energy conservation and consumption reduction.

Establish energy management objectives and implementation plans
     Establish energy management objectives and break them down for implementation. Develop an energy management implementation plan that is consistent with the energy management objectives. In addition to the usual content, the plan should include a feasibility evaluation of energy-saving technologies.

Establish a patrol inspection system for energy use
     It is used to detect the phenomenon of "steam steaming" in the use and operation of equipment, reducing energy waste. Leaks in faucets in public restrooms and office areas, water tank leaks in toilet bowls, etc. should be detected and repaired in a timely manner; the phenomenon of "long-term lighting" and "long-term running water" in the office area should be eliminated through inspections.

Develop an energy-saving training plan and carry out energy-saving training
     Develop a systematic energy-saving training plan and implement it. The training plan and management objectives should be in line with the actual situation and be continuous. Through various forms, motivate employees' enthusiasm for energy conservation, discuss the feasibility of various energy-saving operations, and encourage employees' innovative behaviors in energy conservation.

Establish a ledger, make records, and summarize regularly
     Record the consumption of water, electricity, and gas every day, and compare it with the same period. If there are any abnormalities, analyze them according to the company's operating conditions and equipment operation status, and find out the causes of the abnormalities. Establish an energy-saving ledger, and conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual energy-saving analysis. Regularly hold work meetings, and effectively implement and promote energy-saving and emission reduction plans through ledger records and data analysis.
